'Mom Moment' provides a safe, private session with a counsellor while your child(ren) are cared for by FRC Staff. Talk about Mom Guilt, intrusive thoughts, pre/postpartum anxiety, depression - it doesn't matter what you talk about, just talk. Book a Moment for you by emailing frc@partnersfs.ca
