The Official Opening of the Humboldt Early Years Family Resource Centre: March 3, 2022

The Honourable Deputy Premier, her Honourable Donna Harpauer, Minister of Finance and MLA for Humboldt-Watrous; Deputy Mayor Larry Jorgenson, and Director of Education, Mr. Kevin Garinger attended the event along with members of the Boards of  Education and Directors for Horizon School Division and Partners Family Services. Members from the HEYFRC, the media and other community partners were also in attendance. Elder Stuart Bitternose performed a ceremonial smudge of the Centre prior to the proceedings and offered a prayer and blessing to open the meeting.
